Due to the nature of wholesale production, our return policy differs from typical retail stores.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
Wholesale orders are not eligible for return/refund under the following conditions:

normal variation in color due to lighting/photography

minor manufacturing tolerance within industry standards

customer changed mind after production started
-
incorrect size selection by customer
-
improper use, washing, or storage
-
damage caused by the customer
-
clearance items or discounted special orders
-
customized OEM/ODM orders (logo, packaging, private label)
3. Quality Claim Procedure (Important)
To request a return, replacement, or refund, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Submit Evidence
Send the following to our customer service team:

product photos and video showing the defect

carton/label photos

quantity affected

detailed description of the issue
Step 2: Verification
Our QC team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.
Step 3: Solution Provided
Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:

replacement shipment

partial refund
-
credit note for next order
-
full refund (only in serious verified cases)
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the verified issue and agreement.

5. Replacement Policy
For verified defective products, we may send replacement items with:

Replacement shipping cost responsibility will depend on the defect reason and shipping terms.
6. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
Return shipping costs depend on the issue:
If the issue is caused by us (wrong item/quality defect)

we will cover replacement cost or offer refund/credit based on agreement
If the issue is caused by buyer (wrong selection/address mistake)

buyer covers return shipping and re-shipping costs
7. Cancellation Policy
Wholesale orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Before production: order can be canceled with full refund

After production starts: cancellation is not allowed

After shipment: cancellation is not possible
Custom OEM/ODM orders cannot be canceled once design/logo/packaging production begins.
8. Important Wholesale Note
Because wholesale orders are often produced and packed according to confirmed specifications, we strongly recommend customers to:

request samples before bulk order

confirm size charts, colors, and materials

confirm packaging and carton requirements
-
confirm shipping terms and delivery time
This ensures smooth cooperation and avoids unnecessary disputes.
