1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • Wholesale MOQ: 10 pairs per order

  • Mixed styles, mixed colors, and mixed sizes are acceptable (depending on stock availability).

  • Larger quantities will receive more competitive pricing.

Note: MOQ for OEM/ODM customization may vary based on product design, materials, and production requirements.

2. OEM / ODM Customization Service

We provide both OEM and ODM services to meet different business needs:

OEM Service

Customers provide logo/design requirements, and we manufacture according to your specifications.

ODM Service

Customers choose from our existing designs, and we support modifications such as color changes, material upgrades, logo application, and packaging customization.

3. Logo Customization Options

We support multiple logo application methods, including:

  • Silk Screen Printing

  • Embossed Logo

  • Metal Logo Plate

The final logo method will be confirmed based on product material and customer requirements.

4. Packaging Customization

5. Sample Policy

We recommend ordering samples before placing bulk orders to confirm quality and details.

  • Sample cost: charged according to product price and customization requirements

  • Shipping cost: paid by the buyer (DHL/UPS/FedEx available)

  • Sample fee refund: can be partially or fully refunded/deducted after bulk order confirmation (negotiable)

6. Payment Terms

Standard Payment Terms

  • 30% deposit to confirm the order and start production

  • 70% balance payment before shipment

  • Standard bulk production: 10–20 working days

  • OEM/ODM customized orders: 15–30 working days

Lead time may be extended during peak seasons. Early ordering is recommended.
